About Us

Andrew G Khoury, P.C.Andrew G. (Andy) Khoury was born and raised in Longview, Texas. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude at Southern Methodist University, Mr. Khoury attended the Baylor University School of Law, graduating in 1994. In the fall of 1994, following a clerkship with a local law firm, he opened his own office in his hometown and since that time has represented individuals and businesses throughout East Texas. The firm handles a broad range of litigation, ranging from products liability and personal injury to complex trusts and estates, commercial and insurance. Additionally, Mr. Khoury has successfully briefed and argued numerous cases before both state and federal appellate courts.

Mr. Khoury previously served as President of the Gregg County Bar Association and as a member of the Judiciary Relations Committee of the State Bar of Texas. He also serves as a volunteer judge for the Longview Teen Court, and is currently serving as the secretary of its board of directors. In addition to being involved with numerous local civic and charitable organizations, Mr. Khoury serves on the boards of three committees of the Longview Partnership. In 2006 he chaired its Tort Reform Task Force, which was responsible for developing and advocating business-oriented legislative priorities.
